CURRENT ACADEMIC ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Drs. Regina J. Hoffmann is a Senior Lecturer at the Institute for Languages and Academic Skills at TU Delft in The Netherlands. She holds two Master’s degrees from Leiden University—in English and Communication Studies and in Education. After a successful career as a communication specialist at two leading technology companies, Regina transitioned into academia, dedicating over 30 years to teaching communication skills to researchers, BSc, MSc, and PhD students. She has also taught many courses outside the university in various countries, such as Canada, India, Switzerland, and the USA. In addition to her academic work, Prof.Regina coaches TEDx speakers and serves as a coach and jury member at the Netherlands Aerospace Centre, where she supports top students pitching their projects for national awards in aerospace excellence. Since 2021, she has been associated with MAHE Manipal, delivering individual lectures at the MAHE incubator and serving as an international faculty at MIT. At MAHE, she teaches communication skills to PhD students, including a comprehensive course on Negotiation Skills for Entrepreneurship.
