Dr. Rajesh William R is a distinguished academic and sports professional with over 14 years of experience in Physical Education and Sports Sciences. His specializations include exercise physiology, sports biomechanics, and sports nutrition. He has contributed significantly to pioneering initiatives like Sachin Tendulkar and Virendra Sehwag’s SportsMentor program and has worked with globally reputed organizations such as the AISTS in Switzerland and Sports Mechanics. Dr. Rajesh holds a Ph.D. in Physical Education, along with UG and PG degrees, NET and SET qualifications, and a PG Diploma in Yoga from TNPESU, Chennai. He is also an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and has participated in international conferences. A former national-level football player, he has represented his university team for five years and was twice awarded Best Goalkeeper.
