About Department of Quality and Compliance
In accordance with NAAC guidelines mandating the establishment of an Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) in all accredited institutions, the Department of Quality and Compliance was constituted shortly after the inception of the Bengaluru campus. Since its formation, under the mentorship of the Directors of Quality and Compliance at the Manipal Campus, the DQC has been actively engaged in quality assurance initiatives and has played a significant role in coordinating and contributing institutional data to the parent university during the NAAC accreditation process in 2022.
The Department of Quality and Compliance in Bengaluru has been working towards maintaining quality culture within its campus and has initiated certain new activities to promote quality culture by internalization of the UN Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) in all its ventures.
Quality assurance is a continuous, participatory, and systematic process that ensures academic excellence, institutional effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
