Inaugural Function of the Neuroscience Nursing Certificate Course

Department of Medical Surgical Nursing, Manipal College of Nursing, MAHE Manipal in collaboration with the Department of Nursing Services, Kasturba Hospital Manipal introduced three months Certificate course in Neuroscience Nursing for the staff Nurses of Kasturba Hospital, Manipal. Around 20 nursing staff enrolled for the course. The inaugural function of the course was held on 1st September 2022 at Shirdi Saibaba Conference Hall, Kasturba Hospital Manipal. Dr. Judith A Noronha, Dean, MCON, MAHE Manipal, Dr. Girish Menon, Professor and Head, Department of Neurosurgery, Kasturba Hospital Manipal, Dr. Jyothi Chakrabarty, Professor and Head, Department of Medical Surgical Nursing, MCON Manipal and Dr. Suba Sooria, Head of the Nursing Services Kasturba Hospital Manipal were present for the inauguration. During the inaugural address, the guests congratulated the staff for joining the course and motivated them to do well.
