Department of Social and Health Innovation (DSHI), Prasanna School of Public Health (PSPH), Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal organised the orientation for the students of the MSW programme on Thursday, August 07, 2025 (10:00 to 17:00 hours IST) in the Lecture Hall 61 and Lecture Hall 63, PSPH.  

From 10:00 to 11:30 hours IST, Mr Praveen Jain (Psychiatrist, Hombelaku) delivered a session regarding the topic “Journey and Scope of a Medical and Psychiatry Social Worker” in the Lecture Hall 61, PSPH for the first year MSW programme students of PSPH.

From 14:00 to 15:30 hours IST, Ms Nayana Pillai (Senior Associate Lead – HR Employee Experience, Infosys Ltd) delivered a session regarding the topic “Beyond Boundaries: Scope and Opportunities for MSW-HR Professionals” in the Lecture Hall 61, PSPH for the first year MSW programme students of PSPH.

From 15:30 to 17:00 hours IST Ms Nayana Pillai delivered a session regarding the topic “Performance Management System” in the Lecture Hall 63, PSPH, for the second year MSW programme students of PSPH.

From 14:00 to 15:30 hours IST, Ms Jan Noronha (Account Manager, Talent Consulting, Lykora Consulting Services) delivered a session regarding the topic “KRA” for the second year MSW programme students of PSPH in the Lecture Hall 63, PSPH.

From 15:30 to 17:00 hours IST, Ms Jan Noronha delivered a session regarding the topic “Cracking the Corporate Code: Insights for MSW-HR Aspirants” for the first year MSW programnme students of PSPH in the Lecture Hall 61, PSPH.
